    The historic six-story Nabisco Bakery Co. building is currently being converted into 54 loft condominium units by SILCO Inc., a Houston-based real estate development company. The building is located two blocks north of Minute Maid Park and will include an athletic facility, covered parking, and private rooftop decks.

  • 5020 Montrose


    The renovation of the historic Plaza Hotel will offer state-of-the-art medical offices to this Museum District landmark. The new project provides tenants with a computer-aided parking system to relieve traffic congestion and allow for direct floor access to the office levels from the new ten-story parking garage. The renovation is a recipient of a 2008 GHPA preservation award.

  • 3401 Allen Parkway


    This historically significant building was constructed in the 1920's and the recent restoration recaptures its early glory through the application of period details, materials, and furnishings. The renovations was recipient of a 2005 GHPA preservation award.

  • Revive Co


    Anchoring the end of an early 20th-century street face, this one-story building was renovated into the offices of Revive-Co, a developer of historic and mid-century commercial Heights-area structures. The storefront houses a bike-shop and the corporate office fills the remainder of the building.

  • Summer Street Studio


    This former paint factory is being converted into professional offices, studios and an entertainment venue with a rooftop terrace. The 75,000 SF mixed-use facility is constructed of poured-in-place concrete with historic industrial-sash windows and fourteen-foot high ceilings.

  • Sampson Lofts


    Renovation of this City of Houston Historic Landmark will be completed in 2017 and is part of a two building complex that will contain 90 apartment units and support spaces. The building was erected in 1923, is a fully wood-framed four-story structure, and sits adjacent to a two-story concrete building that will contain 15,000 SF of commercial office space and a 4,000 SF restaurant lease.
