    Ravine House Private Residence

    Inspired by the client’s contemporary art collection and sculptures, this residence takes full visual advantage of a ravine lot in Hilshire Village by orienting all rooms for wide-angled views of the 4-acre site.

    34th Street Retail Commercial Lease Space

    Construction has started on this Garden Oaks landmark and includes raising the existing roof structure to accommodate a new storefront and canopy structure. Current, locally-established businesses will be relocated in the updated renovated 16,000 SF structure. The existing tire shop will be renovated into a coffee shop and a new 5,000 SF building will be added to the site.

    19th Street Retail Commercial Lease Space

    The second phase of the 19th Street Retail Center is a 4,000 SF space that accentuates the existing design motif by use of an exaggerated internally-lit fascia panel and angled elevations. An existing mature oak tree will shade outdoor dining areas.

    Sampson Lofts Lofts

    Renovation of this City of Houston Historic Landmark will be completed in 2017 and is part of a two building complex that will contain 90 apartment units and support spaces. The building was erected in 1923, is a fully wood-framed four-story structure, and sits adjacent to a two-story concrete building that will contain 15,000 SF of commercial office space and a 4,000 SF restaurant lease.

    Shady River Private Residence

    This 8,000 SF residence has been designed for a local builder as a “spec house” in the Tanglewood neighborhood of Houston. The residence incorporates a vast array of amenities for a family.

    Parc at Midtown Townhomes

    Parc at Midtown is a six-building, 100,000 SF, townhouse and condominium community in the Midtown district of Houston and will be completed in late 2017. The planning includes close to 80 units and provides multiple housing options ranging from studios, two-level “sky homes” and traditional three-level townhouses.

    Upper Richton Townhomes

    The thirteen townhomes in this development will be part of the vibrant Upper Kirby District. Each totals approximately 2,200 SF and will be surfaced with traditional stucco finishes and details.

    Center Street Lofts

    This 36-unit development will be in the heart of the trendy Washington Ave. development district. The units average 800 SF each.

    Post Oak Office Building

    The 10,000 SF office building will contain professional medical offices and is designed to optimize views along the tree-lined street while using a louvered façade for energy efficiency.

    5900 Memorial Offices

    The façade of this Memorial-area building will be surfaced with a stainless steel wire system to facilitate landscaping and building shading.
